The inspiration that led to HOPE's founding twenty-three years ago continues to guide us today. Now as then, the goal is to serve our community by serving up fun.á

In the best Canadian tradition of grass roots social entrepreneurism and innovation, HOPE's unique blend of fun and fundraising spread to Halifax last summer.á The Garrison Grounds at Citadel Hill were transformed into a virtual beach where thousands of participants and spectators showed their support.

HOPE is living proof that dreams can come true, ideals are worth nurturing, and a committed group of volunteers can work miracles.
